you an associate number to include on all other correspondence, ensuring your

2. Send us a resume and
a recent photograph via e-mail by clicking here,
or upload them to us via this web site by clicking here.(if you cannot e-mail or upload your resume and picture, you
are welcome to fax them to (804) 684-2476), or send them via postal mail to
the address listed below). Don't forget to send your name and e-mail
address with them so we can match them to your payment.
3. According to Federal Law, U.S. citizens must complete a Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification for us to keep in our files. We have provided this form in Adobe PDF format. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download the form by clicking here now. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may click on the icon below to obtain a free copy.
--Alternatively, you may request the form from us by e-mailing us at cutomerserv@office-docs.com, calling us at (804) 684-2775, or by mail at the address listed at the bottom of this page. We will FAX or mail it to you as you prefer.
